Breathing and Relaxation


The breathing and relaxation class teaches individuals how to breathe properly to feed your entire body with oxygen.  We teach how and when to breathe, how to make the most out of breathing when you walk, lift, sit, lie down, walk up stairs etc.  Most people hold their breath in daily tasks and don’t even realize it.  We put you in the habit of not holding your breath.  We teach upper breath, middle breath, and lower breath, and how to make the diaphragm work.  By breathing properly the body will function better during all of your daily routines.  In addition, it is a great way to relieve stress and give you natural energy.
